Deborah (Debbie) Stevens grew up in the Anglican Church and is an active member of Holy Sacrament Episcopal Church in Pembroke Pines, Florida. She has 40-plus years of experience in banking, information technology, and local government, and holds a Master of Arts Degree from Barry University.  She recently retired from the City of Miramar where she held the position of Assistant Director of Community Development and managed the Housing Division. Debbie is a widow with one son and a granddaughter.
